Domain Maintenance and Construction is brought to you by four friends who take serious pride in what they do and sought to be the change they wanted to see in the building industry.
Sick and tired of an industry that they believed took their customers for granted and did not take quality workmanship and punctual service delivery seriously, these four mates came together to bring you a holistic building service with a difference.
Let’s meet the crew.
Ugo Fanizza – General Manager (Dip. FP.)
Ugo arrived at Domain after serving 26 years within the Victorian Police force.
While in the police force, Ugo quickly moved through the ranks to Detective Sergeant. He also completed a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Since leaving the force, Ugo has worked in a range of industries, but the bulk of his time outside of policing has been spent as an associate director within the building and property industry for the past eight years.
In joining Domain, he hopes to help the company deliver on its value proposition of providing a holistic building and property service.
One that is fair to its customers in delivering a wide range of building services on time and on budget.
His all-round knowledge, experience, professionalism and integrity brings a lot of value to the DMC operation.
Jarrod Cummins – Project Manager
Domain’s roofing specialist, Jarrod has the added bonus of being an expert estimator and project manager.
That means DMC brings in the right amount of materials and your job will be managed expertly to ensure trades are there when they need to be and finish their jobs on time and on budget.
Less nasty surprises for you and more time for you to enjoy the pace of a finely completed job.
As an estimator, Jarrod has quoted various types of maintenance works and project managed over $4,500,000 of maintenance work for AB Property Services over a seven-year period.
These works include winning and managing maintenance jobs that required, amongst other things, extraction fans, fencing, concreting, general plumbing, all types of roofing, electrical, painting, plastering and so much more.
His true calling has been as a roofer, however, and his roofing expertise is second to none.
With 15 years in the roofing industry, his professional approach and willingness to accommodate his clients make him one of Melbourne’s best roofers.
Mo Abou-Eid – Business Development and Relationship Manager
Mo brings decades of business experience to the Domain Maintenance and Construction team.
His corporate and business management experience makes him a key asset to the DMC back-room team.
Mo has years of project management and corporate experience and will help our clients find the right solution for their needs.
