Domain Maintenance and Construction brings a unique, fresh approach to the building industry, backed up by over six decades of collective experience.

While the company may be relatively new, it brings dynamic management, a wealth of industry knowledge and a collection of experienced builders, roofers, carpenters, plumbers and electricians together to provide our customers a holistic building service.

DMC was founded by four friends with a clear vision.

They saw an industry plagued by a lack of timely service delivery, substandard workmanship and a lack of client communication.

But DMC was not built to be like the rest.

Des Lyons, Ugo Fanizza, Jarrod Cummins and Mo Abou-Eid wanted to bring a different building service to the rest.

One that was scaleable to any project in terms of size or depth and one that – above all – delivered value for money.

Whether the project is a project from the ground up, a renovation or even if things haven’t worked out with another builder, DMC is always ready to help.

DMC brings together a unique blend of experience – both on the tools and in the back office.

Our directors have been in the trade for over 64 years collectively, with experience extending from carpentry to roofing and everything in between.

Jarrod has quoted various types of maintenance works and project managed over $4,500,000 of maintenance work in the last seven years.

He has won and managed maintenance jobs of all sizes that have included, amongst other things, extraction fans, fencing, concreting, plumbing, roofing, electrical and more.

Des’ extensive building experience over the last 40 years gives DMC an invaluable insight into the best practices and modern building techniques.

His strong project management coupled with unmatched insight brings unprecedented quality to every project DMC touches.

Ugo brings strong project management and excellent communication skills to the table, ensuring all of DMC’s clients are well-updated and projects are delivered on time, while Mo’s three decades in the corporate world brings sound and transparent governance to the business.
